TechWinder: For continuous processes with precision and quality
In the manufacturing processes of cathodes and anodes for Lithium Ion Batteries, turret unwinder and turret rewinder type TechWinder are used before and after coating lines and calender systems.
The specially designed turret systems enable continuous operation without any restrictions in speed and productivity.
In combination with a slitting unit, the materials can be split into two separate webs after coating or calendering. Each web is then fed to a turret winder. The overall control of the system is realized together with Lebbing, also a company of the Jagenberg Group
